Choksi Laboratories’ convertible warrant issuance proposal failed shareholder approval Saturday

Choksi Laboratories Limited informed the BSE Limited that a proposal for the preferential issue of convertible warrants, which was presented to shareholders at an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on Saturday, October 17, 2026, was not approved, and the company will therefore not proceed with the issuance. The company’s promoters and proposed allottees abstained from voting on the resolution, and Choksi Laboratories Limited has requested BSE Limited to close the application for in-principle approval related to the proposed preferential issue.
