Affle 3i Limited allotted shares to Affle Holdings Pte. Ltd. after receiving Rs 1424.345 million

Affle 3i Limited has allotted 17,04,324 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each to Affle Holdings Pte. Ltd., a promoter company, following the exercise of warrants. The allotment, which occurred after receiving funds of Rs 1424.345 million equivalent to USD 14.99 million, increases the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital to Rs 285,237,344 divided into 142,618,672 equity shares. The company will seek listing of the newly allotted shares on the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Limited.
