Wealth First Portfolio Managers to seek board approval for preferential securities issuance

Wealth First Portfolio Managers Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 26, 2026, via video conference or other audio-visual means, to consider and approve the issuance of Equity Shares/Warrants/Any other Securities of the Company on a preferential basis, and to address any other business with the approval of the Chairperson; the company also noted that the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares by Designated Person remains closed until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
