Benara Bearings & Pistons Limited informed the BSE Limited on October 19, 2026, that the company did not issue any non-convertible securities and therefore, the payment of interest or principal on NCDs/Bonds was not applicable for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, rendering Regulation 57(5) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, non-applicable.
