Vega Jewellers Limited increases shareholding in Vega Jewellers J Hills LLP to 89.98%

Vega Jewellers Limited, formerly PH Trading Limited, announced that its board of directors approved increasing its shareholding in Vega Jewellers J Hills LLP from 60.98% to 89.98% and shifting the company’s registered office to Unit A 622, Lodha Signet, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400013, effective December 28, 2026.
