Shricon Industries to review financial results at board meeting on October 27, 2026

Shricon Industries Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at its registered office to consider the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and a limited review report by the statutory auditor, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; the trading window for the company’s equity shares has been closed from October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the results.
