Suresh Bharathwaj steps down as Independent Director and committee chairperson at Imagicaaworld

Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited announced that Suresh Bharathwaj has completed his term as an Independent Director, effective October 17, 2026, and consequently ceased to be Chairperson of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and ESOS Allotment Committee, and Member of the Audit Committee.
