Antelopus Selan Energy Limited’s committee awarded 51,530 shares under its employee stock option scheme

Antelopus Selan Energy Limited, formerly known as Selan Exploration Technology Limited, announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has allotted 51,530 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each under the Antelopus Selan Energy Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2022, formerly known as Selan Exploration Technology Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2022, bringing the total number of shares allotted under the scheme to 1,76,992 out of an approved total of 2,31,472.
