Karamtara Engineering Limited forms defence, aerospace subsidiary, Karamtara Defence & Aerospace Limited

Karamtara Engineering Limited, formerly known as Karamtara Engineering Pvt. Ltd., announced that its board of directors approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in India, named Karamtara Defence & Aerospace Limited or a similar name approved by relevant authorities, with a focus on defence, aerospace, engineering, and allied activities. The subsidiary will be 100% subscribed with a share capital at a face value of Rs 10 per share, and will be considered a related party of Karamtara Engineering Limited.
