YES Bank appoints Sai Venkataramana Kosuri as CVO for a three-year term

YES Bank Limited announced the appointment of Sai Venkataramana Kosuri as the new Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) effective November 25, 2026, for a period of three years until November 24, 2029, following a recommendation from the bank’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Harish Sehgal, who served as interim CVO since September 16, 2026, will step down from the interim role at the end of business hours on November 24, 2026, and will continue as Head – AML & Principal Officer.
