YES BANK's board appointed Paul Verghese Parambi as an independent director for four years

YES BANK Limited announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Mr. Paul Verghese Parambi (DIN: 07002589) as an Additional (Independent) Director for a period of four years, effective November 06, 2026, up to November 05, 2030, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Parambi, who previously served as Group President and Chief Risk Officer at Kotak Mahindra Group, brings over 36 years of experience in financial services, including roles in strategy, risk mitigation, and growth at Kotak Mahindra Bank and Kotak Group.
