Unified to review financial results and auditor’s report at a board meeting Friday

Unified Data-Tech Solutions Limited, now known as Unified, will hold a board meeting on Friday, October 23, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, and to adopt the Limited Review Report issued by the statutory auditor, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. The company has also closed its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
