Zen Technologies to acquire 51.98% stake in Cogknit Semantics for up to Rs 135.15 crore

Zen Technologies Limited announced that its board of directors approved the acquisition of a 51.98% stake in Cogknit Semantics Private Limited for an aggregate cash consideration not exceeding Rs 135.15 crore, with completion expected on or before December 13, 2026, subject to customary conditions. The acquisition will allow Zen Technologies to extend its defence portfolio into battlefield management systems, complementing its existing defence training, simulation, and anti-drone businesses. Cogknit Semantics Private Limited, incorporated in 2009 and based in Bengaluru, reported a turnover of Rs 0.48 crore in fiscal year 2025-26.
