Mega Fin (India) Limited board approves change in designation for Shweta Phanse

Mega Fin (India) Limited announced that the board approved a change in designation for Ms. Shweta Atul Phanse, from Executive Director to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective October 17, 2026, subject to member approval, citing her current commitments and a desire to continue providing strategic guidance.
