APL Apollo Tubes Limited will hold a board meeting on October 26, 2026, to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, the company said in a filing. Trading in the company's equity shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen on October 29, 2026, in accordance with the company's insider trading regulations.
