SG Mart Limited to review financial results at a board meeting on October 27, 2026

SG Mart Limited, formerly known as Kintech Renewables Limited, will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares has been closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen on October 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
