Arvaya Healthcare to allot shares to Sushodha Institute shareholders at board meeting

Arvaya Healthcare Limited, formerly known as Bijoy Hans Limited, will hold a board meeting on Saturday, October 24, 2026, to approve the allotment of 38,71,854 equity shares to shareholders of Sushodha Institute of Gastroenterology Private Limited on a preferential basis for consideration other than cash.
