Rajoo Engineers Limited to convene a board meeting to review financial results

Rajoo Engineers Limited will hold a board meeting on Saturday, October 24, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. Trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from October 01, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are declared.
