Sacheta Metals confirms share dematerialization certificate submission to the Bombay Stock Exchange

Sacheta Metals Ltd. submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange confirming the dematerialization of share certificates for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, with Purva Sharegistry (I) Private Limited acting as the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
