Indian Overseas Bank to review financial results at Chennai board meeting October 26

Indian Overseas Bank said a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on October 26, 2026, in Chennai to consider and approve the unaudited (reviewed) financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The trading window for the bank's securities will remain closed for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all other insiders from October 1, 2026, to October 28, 2026.
