AJWA FUN WORLD LIMITED replaces Secretarial Auditor V. N. Vasani & Associates, effective October 2026

AJWA FUN WORLD AND RESORT LIMITED announced that M/s. V. N. Vasani & Associates has resigned from the office of Secretarial Auditor of the company, effective October 17, 2026, due to pre-occupation with other professional assignments, a reason confirmed by the auditor. The company will consider appointing a new Secretarial Auditor under Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 24A of the Listing Regulations.
