Aadhar Housing Finance repaid Rs 70 million debentures, including Rs 65 million interest, on maturity

Aadhar Housing Finance Limited confirmed timely repayment of principal and interest on its unsecured non-convertible debentures with ISIN INE538L08096, issued on a private placement basis, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited on October 17, 2026. The company paid Rs 65,03,250 in interest, post deduction of tax amounting to Rs 3,21,750, and redeemed the debentures for Rs 7,00,00,000 on the maturity date of October 17, 2026.
