Trident Lifeline receives Rs 47.88 crore as warrant holders convert equity shares

Trident Lifeline Limited announced the allotment of 24,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each upon the conversion of an equal number of warrants, receiving Rs 47.88 crore from warrant holders, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday. The allotment follows a preferential basis warrant issue in June 2025, where warrant holders had previously paid 25% of the issue price, and increases the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital to Rs 11.98 crore, consisting of 11.98 million equity shares. Vishal Bhupendra Halwawala was the sole warrant holder involved in the conversion.
