MosChip Technologies deposits Rs 200 crore with the Supreme Court regarding Vayavya Labs acquisition

MosChip Technologies Limited informed the BSE Ltd and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the judgment debtor has deposited an additional security amount of Rs 200 crore with the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India on 12th October, 2026, in compliance with a judgment pronounced on 01st September, 2026, which has vacated a status quo order related to the company, as MosChip Technologies Limited had filed an Impleadment Application concerning the proposed acquisition of Vayavya Labs Private Limited.
