Martin Burn Limited to convene a board meeting to review financial results

Martin Burn Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, 28th October 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2026, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange. The trading window for company securities for directors and designated employees was closed from 1st October 2026 and will reopen 48 hours after the publication of the results.
