Mahan Industries to review quarterly results at board meeting on October 22, 2026

Mahan Industries Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at its registered office to consider and approve unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The company has also closed the trading window for its equity shares for directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
