Kanoria Energy to review financial results and potential dividend at October meeting

Kanoria Energy & Infrastructure Limited, formerly known as A Infrastructure Limited, will hold a board meeting on October 26, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to approve payment of dividend on redeemable preference shares.
