Chambal Fertilisers acquires 26% stake in Clean Max Hachi’s Rajasthan power facility

Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited announced that it has entered into a share purchase agreement on October 17, 2026, with Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited and Clean Max Hachi Private Limited to acquire a 26% stake in a captive power generation facility, Clean Max Hachi Private Limited, for an investment of up to Rs 6 crore. The captive power generation facility, incorporated on June 17, 2026, has a hybrid wind-solar capacity of 5 MW in the state of Rajasthan and will help the company achieve cost savings and support its sustainability objectives.
