AXISCADES Technologies forms XPONENTIAL SPACE Private Limited for space technology work

AXISCADES Technologies Limited, formerly AXISCADES Engineering Technologies Limited, announced the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, XPONENTIAL SPACE PRIVATE LIMITED, in India on October 16, 2026, with a stated focus on the space technology and aerospace industry, including satellite design, development, manufacturing, and operation, as well as related services and research and development. The listed entity subscribed to 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, representing 100% ownership of the new entity.
