SIS Limited concludes share buyback, repurchasing 25,02,674 equity shares for Rs 105.99 crore

SIS Limited has completed its buyback program, closing the offer on October 16, 2026, after repurchasing 25,02,674 equity shares at an average price of Rs 423.55 per share, totaling Rs 105.99 crore, which represents 100.00% of the Rs 106.00 crore maximum buyback size authorized by the company’s board on August 5, 2026. The buyback was conducted on the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, and the post-buyback shareholding pattern is included in an annexure.
