SecureKloud Technologies defaulted on Rs 811.42 lakh Indian Bank cash credit account

SecureKloud Technologies Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it has defaulted in regularizing a cash credit account with Indian Bank by failing to remit the required funds within the stipulated time, potentially leading to the account being classified as a Non-performing Asset according to Reserve Bank of India guidelines, with an estimated amount involved of Rs 811.42 lakhs as of October 16, 2026.
