SEBI approved Sriram Krishnan's reappointment as NSDL director through September 2026

National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) announced that the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sriram Krishnan (DIN 07816879) as a Non-Independent Director on its Governing Board, effective September 22, 2026.
