Invigorated Business Consulting Limited, formerly Escorts Finance Limited, will hold a board meeting on Thursday, October 29, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, which will be subject to limited review by the company’s statutory auditors; the trading window for company shares will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives until October 31, 2026, inclusive.
