Nava Limited issues shares to employees via RSU plan, increasing equity capital

Nava Limited announced the allotment of 23,550 equity shares to eligible employees upon the exercise of vested Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) under the NAVA – RSUs 2023 plan, according to a regulatory filing on October 16, 2026. The shares were issued at an exercise price of Rs 498 each, including a premium of Rs 497 each, increasing the company’s paid-up equity share capital to Rs 28,33,36,147.
