Mantra Capital’s board approved allotment of shares to Deepa Tracy for Rs 30,00,000

Mantra Capital Limited, formerly Savani Financials Limited, announced that its Board of Directors approved the conversion of 30,00,000 warrants into 30,00,000 equity shares and the allotment of those shares to Mrs. Deepa Kishor Tracy, the company's Promoter and Managing Director, for a consideration of Rs 3,00,00,000. The allotment follows the receipt of the remaining 50% consideration per warrant, as part of a preferential issue approved previously, with a total of 45,00,000 warrants initially issued for Rs 9,00,00,000.
