Lotus Chocolate confirms KFin Technologies' compliance with SEBI regulations for Q3 2026

Lotus Chocolate Company Limited informed the BSE Limited that KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has confirmed compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
