Oberoi Realty’s board approved a Rs 2 per share interim dividend for fiscal year 2026-27

Oberoi Realty Limited announced that its board of directors has declared a second interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity share, or 20% of the face value, for fiscal year 2026-27, with October 23, 2026, set as the record date and payment commencing October 30, 2026.
