SBI Funds Management received a request to reclassify Indian Digital Payment Intelligence Corporation

SBI Funds Management Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it received a request from State Bank of India, the company’s Promoter, to reclassify Indian Digital Payment Intelligence Corporation from the ‘Promoter Group’ category to the ‘Public’ category, in accordance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, noting that the entity does not hold any shares in SBI Funds Management Limited.
