Tierra Agrotech confirmed compliance with SEBI regulations for the quarter ended September 30, 2026

Tierra Agrotech Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 16, 2026, confirming the non-applicability of Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all of its shares are held in demat form and no rematerialization or dematerialization requests were received, according to a filing by Venture Capital and Corporate Investments Private Limited.
