Kellton Tech confirms XL Softech compliance with SEBI regulations for Q3 2026

Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd. informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that XL Softech Systems Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has confirmed compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
