UPL Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that it received a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
