Oberoi Realty appointed B S R & Co. LLP as Statutory Auditors for five years

Oberoi Realty Limited’s board of directors approved the appointment of B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the company’s Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, commencing after the conclusion of the 29th Annual General Meeting in 2027 and concluding after the 34th Annual General Meeting in 2032, subject to member approval; S R B C & C O LLP will cease to be the Statutory Auditors after the conclusion of the 29th Annual General Meeting in 2027.
