Bonlon Industries plans to finalize rights issue terms at a meeting October 22

Bonlon Industries Limited will hold a meeting of its Rights Issue Committee on Thursday, October 22, 2026, to decide on the issue price and other terms of a rights issue of fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs 10.00 each, for an amount not exceeding Rs 49,75,00,000, as previously approved by the company's board on Friday, August 14, 2026.
