Umiya Mobile confirms no Regulation 74(5) applicability for quarter ending September 2026

Umiya Mobile Limited informed the BSE Limited that Bigshare Services Private Limited, the company's registrar and share transfer agent, has confirmed the non-applicability of Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialization or dematerialization requests were received.
