Oberoi Realty forms subsidiary to pursue real estate construction and development projects

Oberoi Realty Limited announced that its board of directors approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary company in India with an initial paid-up and subscribed share capital of Rs 1 lakh to undertake real estate construction and development projects, subject to approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
