Renaissance Global’s equity share capital increased following employee stock option exercises

Renaissance Global Limited announced the allotment of 40,000 equity shares following the exercise of employee stock options under the Renaissance Global – Employee Stock Option Scheme 2021, increasing the company’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 21,48,15,442 comprising 10,74,07,721 shares to Rs 21,48,95,442 comprising 10,74,47,721 shares. The company realized Rs 44,00,000 from the exercise of the options, and the allotted shares will be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
