Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Limited submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange on October 3, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirming the dematerialization of 1403 equity shares received through 17 physical share certificates for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
