Mankind Pharma redeemed Rs 12.5 billion in NCDs and paid interest to debenture holders

Mankind Pharma Limited announced that it has paid interest and redemption amounts to holders of its Non-Convertible Debentures, INE634S07025 and INE634S07033, on October 16, 2026, as per Regulation 57(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company paid Rs 500,743,150 gross interest (Rs 499,741,677 net of taxes) on ISIN INE634S07025 and Rs 998,979,452 gross interest (Rs 998,579,873 net of taxes) on ISIN INE634S07033, and fully redeemed a total of 1,25,000 NCDs with a combined value of Rs 12,50,00,00,000.
