Maharashtra Scooters Ltd. rebrands as Bajaj Nivesh Limited, effective October 16, 2026

Maharashtra Scooters Ltd. has officially changed its name to Bajaj Nivesh Limited, effective October 16, 2026, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India. The change, previously announced on July 29, 2026, and September 28, 2026, was formalized with a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
