Natco Pharma reported securities dematerialization details to BSE and NSE for Q3 2026

Natco Pharma Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Ltd and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that securities received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled and the details of securities were furnished to the stock exchanges, with Venture Capital and Corporate Investments Private Limited acting as the authorized signatory.
